OVEN STEW
2 lbs. stewing beef
6 potatoes
4 carrots
1 large onion
1 C sliced celery
1 beef bouillon cube
2 C hot water
2 C tomato juice
4 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water. Combine all of the ingredients and place in roast pan. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 2 – 2 ½ hours.
