If you have an Outdoors Card you will need to check and see if it is about to expire.
The Ministry of Natural Resources no longer sends out reminder notice to cardholders, so you should look at your card and check the expiration date, because it may need to be renewed by the end of 2014.
You need a valid Outdoors Card to fish or hunt in Ontario, along with a fishing or hunting licence tag.
You can renew your card by phone, online at the MNR website, or in person at a Service Ontario Centre or a private issuer. The list of local locations can also be found online.
Once renewed, your Outdoors Card is valid for three calendar years.
