OPP Needs Your Help

The OPP wants people in the Pembroke region to know that police will be stepping up their presence in the area over the next two weeks, as the search for a missing teenager enters a new phase.

Police have been looking for 18-year-old Tyson Yakabuskie since he was reported missing on November 11th, 2019. And now, the OPP Emergency Response Team, along with the OPP Marine Unit, will be conducting an intensive search of the area for any signs of Yakabuskie, or any evidence related to his disappearance.

He was last seen on foot on MacKay Street in Pembroke, on Monday, October 28th, 2019 at approximately 1 p.m.

Tyson is also known to use the surname LEMAIRE.

He is described as 6-foot-2, with a slim build. He has short brown hair, with a blonde streak at the front. He is believed to have been wearing grey jeans, a brown jacket, a red ECHO hoodie, and red shoes, with white soles and black laces.
