Now that its getting colder out there the Child Poverty Action Network of Renfrew County is aiming at keeping kids warm. They’ve kicked off Operation snowsuit which is a program geared at finding good outdoor winter wear for kids whose families might not have the most money.

Monetary donations and winter clothing is being accepted…as CPAN has received hundreds of requests for the outdoor winter wear.

What they’re currently looking for are boots, winter jackets, snow pants, winter hats and waterproof mittens.  To donate or if you’d like more information…go to… http://renfrewcountycpan.ca/operation-snowsuit/
