2/3 cup of uncooked rolled oats
2/3 cup of light corn syrup
2 eggs beaten
2/3 cup of white sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of melted butter (or marjarine) cooled
Mix together rolled oats, butter, corn syrup, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Pour into an 8 inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Just before serving top with whipped cream.
This tastes just like Pecan Pie
