1 C butter

¾ C brown sugar

½ C white sugar

1 egg

2 tsp. vanilla

1 ¾ C flour

1 C rolled oats

1 tsp. baking soda

1 pkge. Skor toffee pieces

1 C chocolate chips

Cream the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy.  Combine the flour, rolled oats, and baking soda and add to the creamed mixture and mix well.  Stir in the toffee pieces and chocolate chips.  Drop on parchment lined cookie sheets and bake at 350°F for 10 – 12 minutes.
