1 ½ C Basmati rice, washed3 C chicken stock or 3 C water with 3 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/3 C butter, cut into chunks
1 ½ tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Splash of lemon juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a large baking dish. Bake, covered at 350°F for 45 minutes.
