A resident of Admaston Bromley reacted accordingly when they saw a young man driving drunk. Police got called around 10:30pm this past Saturday night…notifying them that a local resident had made a citizen’s arrest in Admaston Bromley. An 18 year old Renfrew man was located on Whelan Road and failed his roadside breath test. He was arrested for drunk driving and for being a novice driver who had a blood alcohol level above 0. He’ll be appearing in a Renfrew court room on September 12th after he was released on a promise to appear. Police discourage folks from making a citizen’s arrest and instead encourage people to call 9-1-1 instead.
