
Base:
½ C butter
¼ C white sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 C graham wafer crumbs
1 C coconut
½ C chopped walnuts
In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, sugar, cocoa, egg & vanilla. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and add the graham wafer crumbs, coconut & walnuts. Stir will and place in a 9” pan.
Filling:
½ C melted butter
4 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp milk
2 C icing sugar
Combine the ingredients and mix until well blended. Spread over the base and refrigerate.
Topping:
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Melt together and spread over the filling. Refrigerate.
