Did you enjoy the cooler weather this past weekend?
Well, it may be time to turn your air conditioning back on as a weather warning has been issued by Environment Canada for the Ottawa Valley, with a hot and humid air mass on its way to the region.
The heat wave is expected arrive during the day on Tuesday, with highs of 30 to 33 in most places.
Wednesday and Thursday are also expected to be very warm. However, some areas could see some occasional relief due to a risk of showers or thunderstorms.
The nights will be warm and muggy with overnight lows of 20 to 23.
Relief is in sight though, with a somewhat cooler air mass expected to move in Thursday night.
