MOLASSES COOKIES

4 ¾ C flour

2 tsp. baking soda

3 tsps. Ginger

1 C butter

1 C brown sugar

2 eggs

1/3 C milk

1 C molasses

Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together.  Combine the dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the molasses and milk.  Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut with floured cookie cutters.  Bake at 375°F for about 10 – 12 minutes.
