Lanark County OPP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a woman who has been missing for years and the Province of Ontario is offering a reward of $50,000 for information leading to locating Carole Dianne Roy. She was reported missing to the OPP on May 23rd, 2012 but the last confirmed sighting for Roy was on October 11th, 1996. She resided in Quebec until the early 1990s before re-locating to the Ottawa area. Roy lived with her 59-year-old boyfriend in Beckwith Township near Carleton Place. Her boyfriend left their residence shortly after the last confirmed sighting and moved to western Canada. Roy is described as a Caucasian female approximately 5-foot-5 weighing between 150 and 175 lbs with short graying brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing prescription glasses and has a partially paralyzed left arm. She is bilingual with a French accent. She was 43 years old at the time of her disappearance and used the aliases of Carole Lalonde and Dianne Davis. If you have any information on this person, please contact police.
