MINT SAUCE

2 tbsp. dried mint leaves, crumbled

½ C boiling water

¼ c vinegar

1 tbsp. white sugar

Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.  Serve over lamb.
