Meat Loaf

1/2 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 egg and milk to make 1 cup

1 cup cooked ham or crumbled bacon

1/2 lb ground pork

Salt and Pepper, to taste

2 cups bread crumbs

4 slices Swiss Cheese


Mix all ingredients (except ham/bacon and cheese).  Roll out.  Place ham/bacon/cheese on meat and roll up like a jelly roll.  Cook, covered, at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.  Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
