2 carrots
½ head cauliflower
½ bunch broccoli
1 green pepper
1 C celery
½ C green onions
2 C white sugar
¼ C oil
1 1/3 C vinegar
2 C ginger ale
2 tsp dry mustard
Cut the vegetable into bite size pieces. Mix the sugar, oil, vinegar, ginger ale and dry mustard. Pour over the vegetables and marinate in the fridge overnight.
