garlic salt to taste

¾ C maple syrup

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp dry mustard

3 lbs pork back ribs


Cut ribs in pieces and place in a roast pan.  Sprinkle with desired amount of garlic salt, then cook at 425°F for ½ hour.  In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Pour sauce over the ribs and bake, uncovered, at 325°F for about 1 hour.
