
3 lbs pork back ribs
Garlic salt to taste
¾ C maple syrup
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. dry mustard
Cut ribs in pieces and place in a roast pan. Sprinkle with desired amount of garlic salt and bake at 425°F for ½ hour. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 1 hour.
