MAPLE SALMON
¼ C maple syrup
2 tbsps. soya sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. salmon
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soya sauce, garlic, garlic salt & pepper. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once. Bake at 400°F, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
