MAPLE GLAZED RIBS

3 lbs. pork spareribs

SAUCE:

1 C maple syrup

3 tbsp. orange juice

3 tbsp. ketchup

2 tbsp. soya sauce

1 tbsp. prepared mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped finely

Cover the ribs with water and bake in a roasting pan at 350°F for 1 & ¼ hrs.  Drain off the liquid.  Combine the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the ribs, basting occasionally.  Bake covered for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
