½ C brown sugar

1 ½ C maple syrup

1 C raisins

¼ tsp. salt

1 tbsp. butter

2 eggs, well beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

Bring the brown sugar, maple syrup, raisins, salt & butter to a boil and continue to boil until the raisins are cooked (takes about 10 – 15 minutes).  Remove from heat and cool.  Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.  Pour into unbaked tart shells and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 10 minutes or until done.
