Cake:
2 C white sugar
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
Mix the sugar, oranges, eggs, soda and vanilla. Stir in the flour and mix well. Spread the batter in a greased 13X9″ pan and bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the sauce over the cake.
Sauce:
1 C brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp milk
Combine the sugar, butter and milk and mix until smooth.
