

8 C sweetened, shredded coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
Beat the egg whites, milk, vanilla and salt together until the ingredients are totally incorporated. Using a wooden spoon, folk in the coconut and mix until the coconut is coated with the mixture. Drop onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.
