½ C ham, chopped

½ C milk

¼ C chopped onion

2 tbsp. butter

1 C macaroni

1 can cream of celery soup

1 C grated cheddar cheese

2 tbsp. crushed cornflakes

Cook the macaroni in salted water.  Melt the butter and add the onion and ham and brown slightly.  Stir in the milk, soup and ¾ C cheese.  Heat until the cheese is melted.  Fold in the cooked macaroni.  Place in a casserole.  Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and the cornflake crumbs.  Bake at 350°F until nicely browned and bubbling.
