MACA-BURGER CASSEROLE

2 Pounds of ground beef

1 Medium onion

1 Clove of garlic (or more if you want)

2 Tablespoons of chili powder

1/2 Teaspoon of oregano

2 Cans of tomatoes

1 x 8 Ounce can of tomato sauce

1 and 1/2 Cups of water

2 Cups of macaroni – uncooked

Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown meat with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder & oregano.
Drain off fat.
Pour water, tomatoes and tomato sauce over the meat in a crockpot.
Cover and cook for 4 hours.
Stir in uncooked macaroni and cover for another 1/2 hour or until macaroni is tender.
Sprinkle each serving with grated cheese if desired.
