2 C graham wafer crumbs
½ C melted butter (first amount)
½ C butter (second amount)
1 ½ C icing sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 C whipped cream
¼ C white sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 C chopped walnuts
1 C chopped cherries
1 mashed banana
Combine the graham wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9” pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Cream butter and icing sugar and stir in egg. Spread over the cooled base.
Combine whipped cream, white sugar, cocoa, walnuts, cherries and mashed banana and spread over the top of the filling.
Chill for 24 hours before serving.
