
4 C hot potatoes, sliced or cubed
½ C chopped onions
1 tbsp butter
1 C cooked ham, cubed
½ C mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Keep the potatoes hot while preparing the other ingredients.
Combine the onion and butter in a frying pan. Fry slowly until limp and clear. Stir in ham, mayonnaise, salt & pepper and keep stirring until the ham is heated. Pour over the potatoes. Toss and serve.
