
8 medium potatoes
5 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
½ C onions, chopped
1 tbsp.flour
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
½ C vinegar
½ C water
Cook potatoes until tender. Slice thinly and keep warm in a crock pot. Add the bacon to the potatoes. Cook onion in the bacon fat. Stir in the flour, sugar and seasons. Stir in the vinegar and water and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour over the potatoes and mix well. Keep warm until ready to serve.
