1 kg spareribs
¼ C water
½ C ketchup
½ C honey
2 tbsp. soya sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Cook the spareribs at 350°F for 20 minutes. Drain the fat. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Cover a baking dish with tinfoil and place the ribs in the baking dish and cover with the sauce. Bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours.
