1/3 C butter
¼ C Dijon mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/3 C honey
4 tsp. curry powder
6 – 8 chicken breasts
Combine the ingredients and bring to a boil. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour basting every 20 minutes.
