
¼ C canola oil
½ tsp. rosemary
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper
10 medium-sized potatoes
Combine the oil and spices and set aside for 10 minutes. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. Dry the potatoes with paper towels and add them to the oil mixture tossing them to coat. Spread the potatoes onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 450°F until crisp (turning once).
