¼ C canola oil

½ tsp. rosemary

½ tsp. basil

½ tsp. thyme

½ tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. paprika

Salt & pepper

8 – 10 potatoes

Combine the oil and spices and let stand for 10 minutes.  Wash the potatoes (do not peel) and cut into wedges.  Dry the potatoes with paper towel and add to the oil mixture tossing to coat.  Spread on a baking sheet.  Bake at 450°F until crisp (turning once).
