
½ lb sausages or ham (pre-cooked & diced)
4 C hash browns (thawed)
½ tsp salt
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese, shredded
½ C onions, diced & sautéed
½ C chopped green peppers, diced & sautéed
4 mushrooms, diced
12 eggs, beaten
2 C milk
Place hash browns in a lightly greased 13X9” pan and sprinkle with salt. Layer meat, cheese, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Beat eggs & milk together and pour over the meat mixture. Bake at 350°F for about 45 – 50 minutes.
