1 can (284 ml) cream of mushroom soup
1 C milk
½ C water
2 C ham, cubed
¾ C grated cheese (medium or old)
1 ½ C Minute Rice
1 (500 g) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Combine the butter and bread crumbs and set aside.
Combine all of the ingredients (except the butter & crumbs) and place in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
