
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup cooked ham, chopped
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
12 muffin-size tart shells or 24 small shells
1/2 cup cream
Dash salt and pepper
Paint the bottom of shells with mustard and spread the ham evenly over them. Mix the rest of the ingredients, pour into the shells and bake 20 minutes for larger shells and 15 minutes for small tarts at 350° F.
