1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C diced ham
1 tomato, diced
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1 large green onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 9” pie plate.
Whisk eggs with seasonings and stir in cheese, ham, tomato and onion until combined.
Bake until frittata is golden around the edges – about 25 minutes.
