GLAZED MEATLOAF

2/3 C Italian style bread crumbs

1 C milk

1 egg

2 lbs. ground beef

1 small onion finely chopped

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. minced garlic

Soak the bread crumbs in the milk.  Add the egg, ground beef, onion and seasonings.  Pack into a loaf pan.

Glaze:

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. dry mustard

3 tbsp. brown sugar

4 tbsp. ketchup

Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the meatloaf.  Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
