GARLIC MEATBALLS

2 lbs ground beef

1 egg

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

½ C (a little more may be required) bread crumbs

Combine all of the ingredients and cook at 350°F for about 25 minutes.

Sauce:

1 C ketchup

5 tbsp. water

5 tbsp. molasses

3 tsp. brown sugar

2 tsp. vinegar

Combine all of the ingredients, mix well and pour over the meatballs.  Return to oven and cook for 30 minutes.
