1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained

Salt & pepper to taste

2 C grated cheddar cheese

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 lbs. frozen French fries

Place the ground beef in the bottom of a greased casserole.  Season with the salt & pepper.  Spread the cheese and soup over the top and then cover with the French fries.  Bake for 90 minutes at 350°F.
