Five Hour Beef Stew

2 lbs stew beef

2 onion, cut up

1  1/2 cups tomato juice

3 tbsp. tapioca

1 tsp sugar

1 cup celery

6 carrots, cut up

Salt and Pepper


Put all ingredients in casserole and cook untouched for 5 hours in 250-275 degree F. oven.
