5 lbs. potatoes
2 small pkges. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash well. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Place the potatoes in a greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. These potatoes may be kept in the fridge for 5 days and they freeze well.
