2 cups of fat portk 1 package of fillets or fresh fish 5 cakes (slices) of hard bread soaked in water overnight Fry fat pork until a little brown. Add fish. Cook at 350 degrees until you can remove bones for approximately 30 minutes. Add hard bread and bring to a boil. Mash right away and serve.
