12 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped green onions or chives
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Blend together cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and onions. Add sour cream to make mixture smooth. Mix in grated cheese. Chill until firm (1-2 hours). Form into a ball and roll in nuts (may need to press nuts into ball gently with hands). Serve with crackers and/or fruit/vegetables.
