FALL FRUIT CRISP

3 C sliced apples

2 C sliced pears

1 ½ C cranberries

2 tbsp. flour

1/3 C maple syrup

Topping:

½ C rolled oats

1/3 C brown sugar

¼ C flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ C butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the fruit and add the flour and maple syrup & mix together.  Spread in a greased 8″ baking dish.

Topping: Combine the oats, brown sugar, flour & cinnamon and cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.  Sprinkle over the fruit.  Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until the fruit is tender.  Serve warm or at room temperature.
