The executive director of the Almonte General Hospital – Fairview Manor Foundation is facing charges after it was reported a cash donation made to the foundation was missing and unaccounted for.

Gerry Huddleston, 57, of Mississippi Mills has been charged with Theft Under $5,000 and Uttering Forged Document, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

He will appear in Perth Provincial Court on December 29th.

The charges were laid following an investigation by the Lanark County OPP Crime Unit.
