Friday, January 11 – the Renfrew Golden Age Activity Centre offers fitness classes at 11:00 AM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A homemade mac ‘n cheese lunch will be available for $6 at noon and includes entertainment with Pierre Desmarais at 1:00 PM.
