EASY SAUSAGE STRATA

1 lb. bulk pork sausage

6 slices bread, cubed

2 C old cheddar cheese, shredded

8 large eggs

2 C milk

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook the sausage until browned and drain.  Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a deep casserole.  Beat the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over the layers.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 8  hours.  Remove from fridge and leave for 1 hour before baking.  Bake at 350°F for 50 – 60 minutes or until the centre is set.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
