1 lb. ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 (398 ml) cans deep browned beans

1 (398 ml) can niblet corn, drained

1 (680 ml) can spaghetti sauce

1 (156 ml) can tomato paste

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Combine the beef, onions & garlic in a frying pan and brown the beef.  In a large saucepan, combine all of the other ingredients and then add the meat mixture and simmer on a low heat for about 1 hour (stirring often).
