5 – 7 lb. ham
2 C brown sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 – 8 oz. can pineapple rings, drain and reserve juice
1 C honey
Score the ham by making 1/2ʺ deep diagonal cuts, creating a diamond pattern. Place the ham in a roast pan. Mix the brown sugar with enough mustard to make a smooth sauce. Pour the pineapple juice over the ham and then pour the honey over the ham. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham. Arrange the pineapple rings over the top of the ham. Secure the pineapple rings with toothpicks. Bake at 350°F until the ham splits open (1 – 1.5 hours). Baste the ham every 15 minutes with the pan drippings.
