1 C white sugar
2 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C raisins
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
Cream together the sugar and eggs until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients until combined. Pour into a greased 13X9ʺ pan and bake at 350°F for 40 – 45 minutes. When cooled, ice with a vanilla frosting.
