2 and 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup of marachino cherries
250 gram bag of stringy coconut
3/4 cup of crushed walnuts (or nut of choice)
1 tin of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 x 250 gram bag of mini marshmallows
Cut marshmallows in half.
Mix all ingredients together, reserving some coconut to sprinkle on top.
Press into buttered pan.
Sprinkle remaining coconut on top and refrigerate.
